The LORD is my strength. I've had to repeatedly remind myself of that in the past 48 hours. This morning on my way back from the doctor's office, he spoke to me through a song by Casting Crowns. For some reason I found myself listening to the lyrics, and was somewhat caught by surprise when 2 of the phrases that for some reason had kept repeating in my head the night before were being sung to me from the radio. Could it be God reminding me that, first, the LORD gives and takes away. Everything we have is his.. And second, my help comes solely from the LORD - maker of the heaven and creator of the earth.
I feel like I am experiencing God everyday. He speaks to me through songs, through scripture, and throw the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit. It's like a power you cannot explain, swelling up inside your heart, which makes your heart want to obey the LORD because you love him. Thank you LORD for your faithfulness, especially during these times...
