Not all musquitos are annoying ;oP

Jesse and I are in the 'Hood' tonight!

My sister Musquito is coming back to Vancouver tomorrow!!! I am super excited. Wendy and I are tight. We've been living apart from each other since she left for University years ago. But, we've remained close. She's the only one I can still spend hours on the phone with talking about nothing. We share the same silly sense of humour, and the same love for FOOD (she likes to eat more than I!). I think I would consider her my best friend. Of course, I love her to death! :o)

Little Musquito has been through a lot for someone who is just 28 years old. But by God's mercy she is doing quite well, studying to become a music therapist and soon to be married. In our recent conversations we've been sharing about our faith. She, for one who knows me very well, is astonished by how much my faith has grown. I am so thankful to God, that he has opened up her heart so she eagerly listens to what I have to say without judgment. In turn I feel that the Holy Spirit has been working in her heart to call her back to get to know God. I've been praying for her and David's marriage, for it to be a Christ-centered marriage and for the both of them to come to know Jesus and his awesomeness ;o)

After days of prayer, it seemed that God had answered one of them today. Through patience he tested my trust in him and today he has revealed to me that everything would be OK and work out through his divine plans. He is so good to me, to my family. I will thank him for all the ordinary things I have in my life, for he works through the ordinary things to make them extraordinary!

No longer stings
