Only a few days until the C&C committee transfer night. I am scared and excited. There's lots to be done before then, and I've asked for friends to pray for me and the new committee members. I'm absolutely swamped for the week, getting everything ready. I can't help but feel overwhelmed. There are so many little details that I need to know, so many things that need to be coordinated, I'm not quite sure how things will go this year.
I remind myself that we are all servants of God., and thoughI really want to do a good job in leading this year, I have to remember that this fellowship belongs to God, and we need to come before him with quiet hearts and follow his lead. When I think about it, I can't believe I am the chair! I never used to come to C&C, God really works in wondrous ways! :)
I'm sure this year will be a growing experience for all. I can't wait to pray, and hear God, and experience him through serving in C&C. I'm sure he will do some amazing things, so stay tuned! And please pray for us!
